Privacy
Your information. A defined purpose.
HCIIQ is operated by Talpro India Private Limited and uses the existing HCI Talks advisory intake and review process.
What these forms collect
A company enquiry asks for your name, email, organisation, role, GCC stage, topic and a short decision brief. An adviser application asks for your name, email, role, specialisms, a delivery example, relevant experience, broad availability and an optional public evidence link.
How the submission is used
With your acknowledgement, the details are saved for manual review and response by the HCI Talks advisory team. Adviser applications may be tracked in HubSpot for that same review purpose; the form does not add you to marketing lists. A receipt confirms that the submission was saved. It does not confirm acceptance, an available adviser or an engagement.
This purpose does not include marketing, community membership, recruitment or public profile publication. Those require separate choices. No account or mailing subscription is created by these forms.
What to leave out
Do not submit employee records, identity documents, compensation data or confidential employer/client materials. Provide only a nonconfidential summary you have permission to share. No attachments are accepted at first contact.
Correction, withdrawal and retention
Use the existing HCI Talks privacy policy and contact process to request correction, withdrawal or deletion, including your receipt reference where available. The existing policy describes rights, purpose-limited retention, exceptions and escalation contacts.
Privacy contact: privacy@hcitalks.com. Please identify HCIIQ in your request and avoid sending sensitive evidence.
Leadership Insights contributors
Guest writing, author proofs and optional public profile choices use a separate contributor process. Read the Contributor Privacy Notice and Contributor Terms.
Browser storage and site operation
The form keeps a submission reference in this browser tab to help recover from an uncertain response. The submitted text is held in memory for retry; it is not saved as a persistent local draft. This website does not add advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies.
